JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Service Crew:
- Offer prompt, friendly and efficient service to all guests. Ensure tables, flooring, station cleanliness before and during operations
- Drinks ordering, bill payment settling, tables maintenance, service follow-up and bottle service for all guest
- Understanding our menu and presenting menu to our guests professionally and recommend appropriately
Kitchen Crew:
- Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations
- Follow the guidance of the executive or sous chef and have input in new ways of presentation or dishes
- Put effort in optimizing the cooking process with attention to speed and quality
REQUIREMENTS
Service Crew:
- At least 1 year of experience in Japanese/European restaurants
- Team player and willingness to learn
Kitchen Crew:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Japanese/European restaurants
- Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes
- Knowledge of best cooking practices
